Interested to be updated on this? whats happened now? have you received a reply. Never thought in using the excuse I wasn't there.that'd work at my ma's in Aberdeen.There is no CCTV in her street and I could just get her to say-he was at home in Peterhead-lol!

Oops. Sorry, I forgot to post an update on this.
After sending him the narky email, I spoke to him on the phone and he sounded like a decent fellow. I explained the story as I told you, including the bit about the traffic warden being a nice chap. It turns out it was the same chap I was talking to - he said it was a mistake that I got the ticket. Unfortunately, my mobile cut out during his explanation, but the long story was that I didn't have a ticket after all (it all sounded rather fishy, but I was just glad it was over and done with).
Oh, and the thing I got recorded delivery was actually 2 tickets for a night out that I had ordered!
