Gatwick airport has 6 'supercharged's'. Not sure if they work or not, but they are all turned off and have been there for ages.

Right i am pissed off now big time

Basically i am owed £71 from a LAB that was 2 week ago
Received a letter today from Crown Leisure saying that there had been no discrepency between the meter readung and the cash box
Also there was nothing logged in the service book to indicate a fault at that time
Therefore they will not be paying out
Yet the m/c definately states iou £71
How can they do this and what do i do now???

Also as it was on a train station they say it has nothing to do with the pub
Its their decision although the landlord saw it owed me money
He told me to ring crown leisure

So i am out of pocket by £71
What do i do now????

100% Exact same thing happened to me with Crown Leisure in Crewe Train station for a £33 Top Gear IOU Whilst I was on the phone I asked to speak to the manager who deals with IOU sied of things and asked him for his name and a contact number as I was going to be calling the police over theft as I invested money.

They said ok leave it with me and I will ask the engineer and hey presto 2 hours later I recieved a call from the engineer not the manager saying he has found a logged IOU with the staff in the train station and it matches up on the machine and paid me.

That is one of the many times I have actually being paid usually lose :|

toothless i dont have a clue where you thought you had seen 6 supercharged up at gatwick airport. there was one on £5 which was chipped and now the arcade that it was in has gone so im not sure on the whereabouts of the machine but there has never been more than 1 supercharged up there. i work at the airport so i would know.

When i went there last year in May and August there were some in the departure lounge in two terminals whichi went to. There is a 5 pounder and there are also 25ers. They might of well all gone now but there were quite a few in there, all turned off though.

There are also other machines which are probably chipped like Ready to rock, Jackpoteers and some vivids.

Fair enough if your talking about airside as well man. Its the worst gamble up there i never touch anything.

Occasionally i will have 1 spin on the slotto. You never know £500 might just happen!

You alwasy do on these 500 machines, due to their random nature and people using majority notes to play, they OFTEN iou, probably 75% of JPs i've seen leave an iou.

A lot of them, like Slotto, only hold £600 hundred anyway. The Barcrests hold £1000 I think.

£98 I.O.U on an empire!! While the monkey was still at the top!! Ha Ha!!

Whethers are definately the best for paying you out. I had to wait 3 months for a £35 I.O.U on a cobra from yates once.

I find most pubs reasonable but I have NEVER had even a phone call from about 20 I.O.U's in service stations. Don't even bother trying any mote!!

Nooo lol, service stations you got no chance.

Leisure link dont pay out!! The amount they must of owed and not payed must be criminal, let alone there net profit.

Anyone know what leisure links yearly is???
