skill ball not initializing

Skill ball machine not initializing. machine get the last point of booting up oand just say's not initializing

have turned power of from mains and also pc left for a while and retried but still not working

any help would be great

As it's PC based it could be a few things. Hard drive crash is possible.

If it is the same as the one in Pocket Money by the same manufacturer then it runs Windows 98?

I had one that did the same thing; I took the PC out and rigged it up at home and it was fine - took it back and put it back in the machine and had no more problems! Bloody temperamental things.
