How to change percentage on fruit machine

Hi,

Does anyone know how to change the percentage on the fruit machine 'Money-Go-Round' manufacturer 'Bell friut'. Please see photograph of machine.

There might be a switchable percentage key plugged into a board, in which case the percentage can be changed by altering the switches; or it might be a fixed percentage key (these are coloured) which would require changing for a different one.
