Little bit of good news

just had some good news today, liver and kidney specialist been testing my blood for 3 months now after alot of result come back raised around the 215 mark when it should be about 120 but its come back all clear and all they said was my bones are lacking vitimen D.

big wieght of the shoulders.

You need to get out in the sun a bit more and eat plenty fish and chips !!

Too much dark arcade light perhaps? I doubt it. Plenty of sun will get your body making vitamin D.
