Was it Nixxy asking for a new red fruit stepper? Believe it or not that is exactly what I found tonight in the local.
Cashcade.
It might just be what you are hoping for - steps, cash, nudges. 30 or 50p with the (slow spinning) wheel for super x2, mega x4. The feature ladder to the right looks like it was taken straight from Invincible with a few of the names changed. Stop n Step is right in the middle (no surprise it didn't hit it too often though?)
I was fortunate enough to find it doing blue sevens off fruit steps on the first board, cost just £7 to get to the red sevens and leave me a lucky 7 for the top! Flat 35, but enough signs to carry on for more. Most went back before it went up again, this time nudges to 15 with two steps to a 1. It won past the 35 for a disappointing 40 total.
First blast left me nicely up though and encouraging given that the Cleudo next to it was completely on its arse.

Yeah, they are like a clone of Lifes a beach but far much better because of the Mega Spin/50p option. Nice looking machine, looks like a Crazy cash Point at first glance. The LED display is in an unusual place below the reels. Thumbs up for Red on this one. Destined to fail test then!!!!
Incedentally, there was a dead Cleudo in the same pub.

Excellent news - please may they be released en mass.
This machine may at times offer a choice where the player has every chance of bankruptcy
