Bollox. Just re-read the question, for some reason I thought that you were asking for second-placed countries (that's your fault UP).
Not that it makes any difference, cos I know nothing about the Eurovision song contest, apart from they all cheat and it's the only reason Terry Wogan is still allowed to be on this planet.
I'm going for Greece and Spain.

i can't answer this as hectic at work but can i suggest that, when the cardinal has listed every country in europe, a new phœnix be raised?

Ah yes, the old "Throw enough shit against the wall" method of answering questions.
That could be a good idea for a quiz machine. It asks you a question, shows you 100 possible answers, and you have to stab away until you find the right answer.
It could be called "The shit on the wall quiz".
