Sorry to resuscitate a thread of nearly 6 months ago, but I thought it pointless to start another. ;)

Been having some success recently on this, nabbing 3 MR's in a day (which for me was bloody good, considering I've played it quite a bit before and had that bloody third key blocked for what seemed like an eternity!) The first of which, I got a nice £10 from, the second two were both £5ers, one of those of which I should've bloody got right!

Anyway, does anyone go for the 'lucky 1 in 3' approach on this one? I got up to around 150 moves from just hitting the screen as soon as the answers appeared if the question looked vaguely spurious.

I'll agree that this is not a real money-maker, as if that key doesn't want to show, it won't! But it just makes a bit of a change for me, anyway. ;) I seem to make my beer money back in most pubs now, from a combination of £3 off of Bully and a quid off of either this, or a few quid off of Monopoly. Not the heady heights most of you chaps reach (and that, I admire), but it keeps me happy! ;)

Yes just slap the screen after about the 4th question and go for the 1 in 3. I've got up around the 250 move mark doing this. Always worth 50p for a looksee if Millionaires Row is in. 50p mind, never anymore. No real earn potential in it like you say but I've had a couple of £15's off MR.

I'd agree with QM on the matter of Cops and Robbers. Definitely always worth a shufti and is it me or has Millionaire's Row become a little more frequent recently? (That said, my average winnings once in Millionaire's Row have gone down. I've never managed to better the £10 on my first visit which I alluded to in my post on this thread in June.)

Correct strategy is to whack something quickly on most questions although once you're past the first three or four easy ones the game varies between bursts of "impossible, random press only" and "difficult but do-able, make educated guess" questions in my book. It's very easy to build up a big score through this kind of strategy - my record remains the 479 I set a very long time ago, but it did take ages and nowadays I think I'd collect me e.g. £1 prize and save the time. The three MR keys will (in my experience) always have appeared if they're going to by about 80, so if you're still in the game and it's not giving further cashbags after this point I'd take the money and run.
