Bought a LOTR off ebay recently from a good seller and machine in such bad shape, seller seems to be ignoring me but hopefully you guys can help:-
Loads of bulbs are always on,whats the best way to resolve this?Is it a big problem,i assume it is a bigger problem than simply replacing a bulb.
Also the biggest problem is the Hi-Lo reel does not work.It comes up a reel fault error. It tries to move round but jolts a lot.I have had a look and it is not getting caught on anything-i think manual mentions "opti" when I checked the fault code.
There was an old reel for this inside machine which was filthy,so i almost assume it has recently been changed.I did try swapping it and within seconds I could smell burning!
Any help would really be appreciated, none of the problems were mentioned in the listing, nor was the fact there were no locks, keys or power leads!

hey
hiya mate, your lights are probably stuck on because some idiot has tried changing a bulb and took them out with a screwdriver or something and has shorted it out. New lamp driver board required
And your reel fault, if you look inside your reel you will see a tab that passes through a sensor, this tab is probably just missing it by a mm or something, it does happen alot on these machines, you need to gently and i mean gently, bend the sensor in a bit so the tab goes fully into it, and try that
