Barcrest Horizon Problem

I just got Phil Taylor fruity,and noticed pound coins were dropping through into cash tray.Is there a simple solution?

Whats makes this worse,is the keys supplied do not open the bottom cash door!

Simple my friend

Put about £5 coins into your hopper manually (open up the machine and pour the coins into the hopper) Then Put the machine into test mode, coin test, then dump the hopper - wait until its finished and reset the machine. problem solved my friend

Still not working,but after talking to guy who supplied it we worked out it is the mechanism.Thanks though for advice.
