Broken Invincible.

Post by gambogaz1 »

Just remembered about this saturday night. Found a new 1 for me rounds but the number reel keeps slipping. Some features they're fine but now and then it would stutter and you could tell the wrong number was showing and it was just pot luck. But then a very wierd thing happened.
I went higher than a 3 and the reel stuttered then dropped a 1 in but gave me win gamble. so I presumed it had put a high number in so pressed lower, Nothing happened ? Looked at it and only Hi was flashing  So it was recognising a 1 had come in even though i'd gone higher than a 3?

yes, they do behave VERY strangely, and there has been some discussion about it before on here too, I have also had the opposite to this, where it gave a '1' and ONLY lights the high button but then kills you on the gamble. Can only assume the buttons are connected to the number reel, but the hi lo gamble is connected the coding and they are mutually exclusive?!

Yup, had this happen too. Oaky is probably right on the 'connection' front. Although it's odd that the machine lets you win a 'high' gamble and chucks you in a 1. Perhaps it's some kind of 'I fecked up, better be fair' bit of code...

...Then again, that's unlikely! ;)

Had a £70 from my first board on an 'I' yesterday - first time I've had that on any machine for a good long while! ;)

I'm not sure if the gamble even LETS you go lower, but youre harldy liekly to try it when its showing you a one and only high is lit.

The 1 thing that was worrying me was if the machine alarm was gonna go off at any minute. Quite surprised it didn't.

I've also had this on an Invincible, highly anoying as it was flying. I switched off mega spins so number runner was obtainable and only had to get two right, got it in the end.

I've died on no lose/ extra life/ lucky seven when it was dong this.

had my worst ever experience on an invincible tonight, full and showing and only cost £30 odd for my first top that went £35, still showing and put all that back and a bit more for another £35 top, still showing and then it turned nasty, i was £180 in for a £70 top, still showing then it went £35,£35,£35,£35,£35,£35,£70...... still showing, £35,£70 then a notation for £35, i was £270 in at this point, £150 of my own, £40 from my mate who was halves and the gaffer of the pub who is a mate was kind enough too lend me £80 after i told him i was gonna nip home for some more money, finished up £117 down and i've never seen so many mid range numbers on an invincible before. i was just over £200 in at one point and its giving me super streak on a 6 :x :x :x :x :x . the worst 2 hours i've ever spent on a machine in my life. you are always gonna take a hit on reds the odd time and i still love them but sometimes they are the vilest pieces of shit ever, and i'm sure i've read on here someone put £330 in one of these and after tonights little stint i can well believe it.

wow at some1 lending you money.

When the alarms go off for said reason, its only for a few seconds and it resets itself automatically which is rather handy.

But yeah, when the reel is fucked, its extremely hard to do anything with!

I've had a session similar to that eddie. Not as bad as yours but it was ARB1 from the off and cost around £35 for a £35 MS, Still ARB1 but again cost £35 for a £35 MS, Still ARB1 and again cost around £35 for a £35 MS then the reds went so I walked.

On the flip side last night I took £105 (£35/£35/£35) out of 1 last night without it showing any reds
It looked dead as anything but it was backing off the 1st £. after £30 in it gave number runner which went up for my 1st MS, Next board ABB1 but gambled up from £1.60 to MS including higher than a 6 from SS to MS. Next borad again ABB1 but gambled up nudges to get £8 on which then gambled up to MS again.
