Could be a member of staff in the pub. I have found this a couple of times that the staff play the machine as it is in their pub but won't go and play in any other pubs around.

I've got that problem with an OAR. 2 in the same town less than 2 mins walk away. 1 Is always burned the other I've been winning fortunes off. Gotta be a member of staff or the doorman doing it.
