Quiz

Post by coldradiohead »

Just wondered if anybody would be able to help me work out what these number and initials mean, as the fun of this quiz have now ended and instead turned into frustration.

1991, W was R
15871, H of M B (F)
1993, G N D V

Thanks guys!!!!

A sudden fit of apathy has left me too lazy to check, but I'd wager the height of Mont Blanc in feet was around that mark.

Wikipedia has Mont Blanc down as 15774 feet:

but surely that is the answer they meant.

I suspect it must be 1991 - Waite was released. As in Terry. A bit tenuous but I bet it's right.

1728 is 12 cubed, so Cubic Inches in a Cubic Foot

1687 was when Isaac Newton published his most famous work, could be the IN.

1066 And All That

186280 is the speed of light (miles per sec), did you make a typo?

37 Normal Body Temperature (Celsius)
