That's where the alarm bells started ringing for me...

I don't think I've EVER taken anything other than Fly The Flag (red and green) and Stop'n'Step (whilst experimenting with a certain theory) on this machine. I don't see the point. Once it's died, it's died! And if it ain't willing to offer red features in the first place, I usually walk away.

Collecting Star Choice (red) is going to do it no good whatsoever. However, I respect your disciplined approach - at least you made a judgement, the problem most people have is that they don't make a judgement at all!

I only take Star Choice red after a top streak. I've had it offered after a £75 before - as well as £15s, £10s, red toggles, red find the peas etc.

You should take red features after a 75 top. Its the most sensible thing to do.

Say you are playing a 50p a spin On a Roll or similar. It's quite obvious when you get 12 nudges if it's dead as you often get £3/£4 and mixed hidden features available.
Once it offers you £7 upwards on the nudges, would you consider this ready for the force ?
I guess what I'm trying to ask is even though it can offer £7,£10,£15 off the nudges, the cash gamble can be an arse afterwards.

Anything £5+ on nudges means its ready enough to force. You can always test the block anyway on the cash gamble....once you get past that huuuuge £10 block you are almost there!

Had a weird one on my 50p one here, was all red, then slowly went deader and deader, about 30 in and it goes all green bar 1, auto nudge at 3 bar, gamble to the top for a flat top, next board red boxes, medium quick SnS, hit it, and walked a nice 20 up after 10 in for an 10 quid cash falls.

I would have defo gone for another top after that £25
They hold out sometimes then do £25 and then the next top is usually £50/£75 especially as it was red which means its £50 ready anyway

It does not matter if it goes green, as long as its been redding before that
The next top would have been £50/£75 i am sure
They roll quite nicely these i am finding
I had a £75 top from £23 in today
At the end of the day you made on it which is what counts
