'Cluedo for your pc exactly as the pub quiz machines'

Post by ZAX »

Someone is selling it on ebay on a disc at the min. 'Go to the pub and actually win some money' (!). Anyone tried it? Clearly the q's wont match the newer versions, but do they match the version emulated? Or is everyone coining it in as I type :D

Even without looking, I'd 'say' it's probably not worth while. As you say, the question set is going to be out of date. The only plus point would probably be, it'd improve your general knowledge.

:)

It's the proper emulation, it's like a fruit machine emulation, but uses video so is slightly more complex, so will have proper questions, it'll just be a random old set.

The crystal maze is also available :D .

Go to http://www.fruitforums.com for more info, and how to work out how to get it up and running.

iirc this site got into a bit of trouble over this. but if it is on ebay then i'd imagine any copyright considerations are expired. anyone from here who had a copy was required to send it back to the developers with a promise that we wouldn't disseminate it any further. a request with which i fully complied
nobody ever wins on those things.
