Hi all, new here and unfortunately don't know much about the guts of these machines at all so a little help in the right direction would be much appreciated. We recently had work done in the conservatory so had to move out my machine. Now its back in place and plugged in it comes up with a code: 21 REEL 1 ERR. Other than paying someone to come and fix it (any one from co Durham area lol) is it possible for me to do?

error 2.1 is reel 1 alarm.

have a look at the 1st reel, see if anything is snagging it. maybe a wire, bulb holder, decal.

Yeah, I've had the front up and the wheel spins freely where the other two are normal.

u mean the reel spins freely while powered up while others are stiff?

make sure the reel plug is in properly
