As usual somebody posts something of interest then does not elaborate. Why mention it then?

Prize knob.
Why are people so offensive on here?
I'm not elaborating because things are so tight I hate the idea of the people behind the games immediately getting rid of it because they read someone JPed it. Is that so weird? I'm happy to discuss anything via PM but it seems ludicrous to actually say what it was. The menu is tight enough as it is.

I've decided now I'll let you all know what I JP. the whole scene is dead so I don't care anymore.

glad others are suffering i presume? because everyone should know they don't have to be in this game if they don't want to be.... now i may take very small pleasure when a few of the bitter twisted horrible cunts i know start to feel the bite, but i am mainly indifferent to how things are outside of my own personal circumstances. if i don't make a penny for a couple of years my lifestyle doesn't need to change at all but doesn't mean i revel in hard times being put upon the decent types in this game.

Nothing to do with any of what u mention at all

I very recently lost my dad whom I have been looking after along with my sister for a good while, the diff life I have had to lead because of this ment not much machining for me infact hardly Any,

I have got use to a better quality of life away from machines over a period of time that's why

I will always have a dabble and keep my eye on the situation, but im enjoying myself more now than before
It don't look like fruitchat is worth keeping at the min either does it is that my fault as well

Being a bitter and twisted cunt I am ;)

that's my stance too ,,,, its hard to turn ya back on something you've been a massive part of for 25 plus years

i still have the odd occasional day out ,,,,,, ( potterd around with george for a day last week)

but my main focus is ebay/gumtree/facebook selling groups at the mo

fruits are definitely on the back burner.

as for ''the death of fruitchat'' ,,,,,,,,, well ,,,,,,, yes ,,,,,, sad to see it but its true .

its just representative of the current climate , not much to talk about ,,,,,,,, and any posts that are made now are pulled apart with a fine tooth comb and met with cynicism and bitterness , as in reality these boasters are hurting too and are looking for a fight and way to put others down.

i'll still look in everyday etc ,,,,,,, but the focus of my anal retentive ramblings have moved to digital spy , where an obviously broader spectrum of the general public (not just the bitter jobless ex fruity's) can ponder over my over use of comma's and superhero fetish's

there are a cpl of modern bits out there worth a punt , but unless your top of the tree and can work things out for yourself etc ,,,, not really enough to carve a decent living . (im sure there's top boys like will etc looking on at this thread and laughing themselves into a fit of hysterics , pleased with themselves that 3quarters of the competition are gone, and still supposedly earning thousands ) fair play to em

like i said i'll be here in some form though supporting fc till the final 11pm doors

who knows november may be a massive turnabout

In a few years, probably one or two decades, there will be an almost worldwide homogeneity within the world of slots. You will be able to go to any bar, computer, casino or betting office in the USA, UK, in fact in any developed country and bar some minor variants, I bet everything will be the bloody same. It'll all be terminals linked to The Internet that offer the same content. There will still be tweaks that gear the terminal toward a pub customer base as a pose to a casino customer base, but it'll be the same.
The content will be offered by a company such as WMS and we will all be playing various forms of Bruce Lee, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Life of Luxury etc etc
As for the product we have now, it will be very rarely sited. Only by enthusiasts or travelling fairs.
Games will nearly always be random and there will be no player edge of any sort.
The dreadfully rigged deal game hi techs of today, I'm talking Alice, Jailbreak, The Big One etc are last ditch efforts to populate a stagnant market place.
Gradually the big boys will step in, probably with a ridiculously low variance random offering based on some theme already prevalent on line. Casinos are pretty much there. Bookmakers are hot on their heels. Then arcades. With pubs being the last to be converted.
Pretty grim, I don't see the £100s changing much either.

I'll still be around on here until the final bell. This is now the new UKFMP. It is an end of an era, but not a sudden unexpected demise. Just checking the stats and 146 members have read this thread, many of them, regular names who haven't posted for ages. So a decade later it's still bubbling, just not as hot as in 2003.

While there are some faint rare glimmers of playability on the modern stuff, most of what I play now is decidedly legacy.

sorry to hear about your loss etc amazing but my point was you could be pleased to not be in the game, why be pleased that the game is in a decline for many? would you be pleased the world was about to end in a week if you only had 6 days to live?!

You are right. Friend of mine due to his circumstances has gone from playing full time to very little. It must be a slight comfort to him that things are not good, that doesnt mean he doesnt want things to change for everybody else in a positive way.But I wouldnt like an enforced layoff missing out on a fortune
