Jeffrey, you'll give yourself a stomach ulcer with that type of snacking. I always buy pub snacks that contain high levels of anti-oxidants such as pomegranate scratchings and cranberry fries. I only stop for pubgrub if with a mate on a run. If I'm solo it's a sandwich to go.
