It's probably a coincidence, but it's a bit like one of the answers to a question used on Deal or No Deal and (I think) Big Match, where one of the answers to "Who should be afraid of the CSA?" is "Everton Supporters"! I wonder if I've been spotted...

A fellow triv-playing friend at uni always insisted that his name (Richard Allen) had been deliberately included in the wrong answers for a question on the original QuizMaster. Even more of a honour surely than appearing as a graffito in Cops and Robbers!

There's also a question on (I believe) Millionaire 2006 which asks who said the following:

"If you give me six lines written by the hand of the most honest of men, I will find something in them which will hang him."

to which the answer is naturally the good Cardinal. The other answers are something like Hitler, Stalin and Mussolini...

Hmm don't want to be a killjoy here, but isn't it more likely that the questions about Cardinal Richlieu have always been in and not that the designers are putting them in to glorify the cardinal?

If I changed my username to Bobby Charlton, then surely all games would glorify me?

you could go the whole hog and call yourself 'JPM proudly presents'
;)

but we can believe what we want to believe, some of the other appearances fruitchat has made cannot possibly be chance so who kn ows where the line is drawn. i have also noticed a disproportionately large number of questions about hyenas and (for example) not one about capybaras.

I'm sure you're right, QM. It's a bit like the old Viz Top Tip which went something like:

Why waste money on an expensive personalised registration plate for your car? Simply change your name instead.
