sr5 coin mech dumping all coins into £1 hopper

hi,
just got my super skill ball bingo up and running eventually but the coins are all going into the £1 hopper, i have not messed with it and it is the same way as when i bought the machine but the machine never worked when i bought it until today.
the mech is connected with a 10 pin plug (serial i believe according to the manual i downloaded) and that's all there is to plug into it, the note acceptor is working perfectly ok.

i have read through other posts regarding routing plugs but i have been told i don't need one with it being connected by serial but don't know if that's the truth or not ?

anyway i don't have a routing plug as there was not one with the machine so i am kind of stuck with it and don't know where to start.

all coins are coming out the bottom from exit A and they all need to go down either b or c to go to cash box except £1 coins which need to be A, its very confusing and could really do with some help if anyone knows a solution.

The routing on these can be stored on an eeprom in the mech, or it can be switched to a routing plug mode instead.

thanks for that, looks like i need to make a plug then, i can work out how to send the coins to route b for example but i cant get my head around how to make a plug so when the hoppers full it will divert the £1 to cashbox ?

any help would be great.
