Just got a phonecall from a pro out on a run, he was told if he collected "Lucky Charms" or "that 1 what you can hold the buttons down on" he'll be banned for life - if he ever got out alive.

Okay - seriously guys if this is true, go onto companies house website, pay 50p or whatever it is for a copy of the accounts and find out who audits these guys.

The partner who signs off now has to put his full name and sign the audit report.

Send that partner an e-mail - try google, try ringing the phone number on the company's website and asking for it (if still no luck let me know who you are trying to get in contact with and I'll dig it out for you) -give the place, name and dates of a number of machines where this happened.

Give him a bit of time to respond (a week is probably about right).

Follow up with another e-mail and then a call etc to check that they received your e-mail.

Again go through the switchboard - it doesn't really matter if you get through, the point is that when the audit partner knows this is a real issue that someone is chasing up, chances are they will shit themselves and they will have to investigate a lot more thoroughly, or risk being in the shit when the company suddenly goes tits up despite them being specifically warned.

BTW the end result could be the company goes bust. That may not be what you want.
