. How things have changed lot cheaper than powder though and I remember when u hated weed heads .
After time you come to realise what a waste of money drugs such as cocaine are. I feel so much better for giving up drinking as well.
I gave up drinking last January due to my liver swelling up from a mysterious infection, which gave me raised ALT levels. After about 6 months, you feel great. Beer tastes awful, it has been unmasked for what it truly is through the restorative powers of abstinence.

I miss a nice bottle of red though when I eat out in a restaurant - but that's the only time.

The benefits of not drinking (vastly improved health, clearer head, increased mental acuity, less time spent in pubs) far outweigh cons (drinking is the social no.1 in England).

Never been a big drinker but don't mind cracking open a bottle of greygoose on occasion, or a bottle of wine.

With most good fruits in dodgy pubs these days I usually drink between 1/2 and a pint of cider over the course of many sips before tips!

As for Working when ill I Have to be pretty bad not to.
Bored of the grind.
