I don't understand what they're trying to achieve by giving teams 2 reviews. If the object of the system is to eliminate umpiring clangers, then one review is all that is needed. Giving them a second review encourages fielding sides to take a punt on buying a wicket they should never really have taken, and worse still it sends youngsters the message that it's perfectly OK to challenge an umpire's authority.
