Losing a few pound
Do other players have trouble with eating shit food to many shitty drinks in pubs ect. im trying to cut down, getting diet cokes trying not to drink them (flower pots ect) also trying not to eat takaways while out playing. hard work
I have decided the best way is to cut down on the number of pubs I visit. My doctor was telling me only last week my vital organs would fail if I consumed just one more J20.
As for food. I try to eat in fire pubs. I know the food is shit in these places, but there's usually a flower pot nearby to dump the shit in.

Some places the food is cheaper than a drink which is worrying.trayhop123 wrote:also have diet coke in all good pubs ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and time meals with the shit pubs , for hopefully more landlord acceptance ... ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, doesn't always work , and if your doing more shit pubs that day , whatcha gonna do ? cant eat in em all

Does it really matter?
You win and win and win but then now tell us about the food...It's shite if cheap and if it's good, it costs too much. Now I equate your posts to some of you making fifty grand a year plus, before expenses on petrol etc...Would it really hurt the float to eat a bit better? I don't think it would. I'm on way less than fifty grand, I'm not a player at all. But I don't eat the cheapest stuff. And throwing it away is a waste. If it's about losing weight and that, the hardest point for me is the hour gap between just eating and being not hungry lol...Gets me every time! I need as much discipline with eating as anyone would in the game...Mind you I fall foul to that a lot, so that shows everyone what my fruiting logic is like!!!
Cokes aren't the worst idea though. Considering driving and all that.

I find I can't eat properly until after 1 o'clock in the afternoon. I try and avoid shit food, I don't eat burgers/kebabs at all. I do indulge in the occasional pizza, but I generally eat well, fresh fish, vegetables etc. I gave up drinking a few months back, so its mineral water or pineapple juice for me. Some nights i'll get in having literally eaten nothing all day, then i'll have a decent cooked meal followed by some fruit. Then the cheese and crackers will come out, and i'll just sit in front of the tv gorging on whatever else is knocking about. A packet of kit kats normally gets consumed in the melee.

I gotta be honest here, i dont take care of myself one little bit, im terrible for junk food, chips, kebabs, bacon buttys, bags of crisps, if its there i will eat it, even if im not necessarily that hungry, ill just munch it anyway, plus i drink far too much lager than is really good for me, 3 or 4 cans most nights and as for the weekends, well, i really do lose count, hence the reason why im rarely fit for human consumption on a sunday before lunchtime lol, plus i smoke like a train (roll ups) and never do what you call proper excercise, although i am on my feet all day at work, plus round my mates after work messing about with motors, dragging engines about and all that, plus the odd shift down the pub, so i am usually on the go, which probably explains, when you take into account all of the above, why i am just under 6 foot tall and still weigh barely 9 and a half stone, and im 26, i have put on half a stone since i left school!
The only good thing i suppose is that i very rarely drink fizzy sugary drinks, and i do love orange juice as well, vitamin c and all that, usually do 2 or 3 of those small bottles you get at tesco most days.
