nasty red gamings
nasty red gamings
I'm sure alot of you are beginning to notice red gamings being a lot worse these days, everywhere you go they are constantly played out, and then refilled the next day ( and most pubs now refill nearly every day ), leaving you clueless as to whether to play it. Often the board is reasonably alive ie. £5-7 wins, however it is £70+ from streaking - and since it is refill you have no way of telling this but by playing.
Much more often the top gives £25, even when reds are showing, leaving you heavily down on the machine, if it had cost to get.
IMO too many people force these, which are causing them to be unworthwhile unless obviously ready as in they are showing on the first board.

how many times a week are you trying to hit these...
leave it a bit longer..
and if there are numerous players in your area maybe others are getting the £75 streaks and you are chasing afters which more often than not will lead to the next top being a flat £25...they take time to recoup after a bit hit...........

The thing is there is numerous players in almost EVERY area! Thats my point! Literally some are played out OVER and OVER in 1 day, and this applies to most big towns and cities. And also I am talking about them doing £25 tops when they ARE SHOWING REDS - which means they want to do at least £50 anyhow - my point there is that it will give just £25 on the top, then cost £15ish to do the other £25, making for a poor roll

I have noticed that the 'easier' Reds are being left more occaisionally dead, such as Rocket Money. But the DNA's / LAB's are remaining fruitful (no pun intended!)
I'll rarely push an RM / TG anymore, unless it is showing all the Reds from the off. I'll take a few features and leave it - either a few quid up or a few quid down.
Also, as a rule, I'll never play the same machine more than twice in one week unless I see someone else playing it and the signs are there and they leave it without cleaning up.
I'm sure we all know these techniques, but always good to be reminded...
I'd also say that recent Red machines are tighter than there 'mid-season' releases. Sub Zero in my mind is a joke and Jackpot Gems is no-where near as kind on the hi/lo trail.
Over the last few years that I've been tucking into Red machines, I can't actually recall a time that I've seen anyone else forcing them for the top. They'll take the £5 on the trail, take a few green features, but then proceed to plough more money in until they get fed up and leave.
Hopefully then, I'm still in a reasonably safe Red area!

"And do you ever contradict yourself, Minister?" "Well, yes and no..."
Totally agree Mr V.
I never seem to find any Jackpot Gems that are ready to go. Always 1/2 greens, so i never get to plough on with them. Found 1 Rocket Money that went big in Clacton, but other than that they seem fairly dead.
As for the 2 LABs here, i've never been on them and they've not rolled to some extent. One is in a Wethers, and i always seem to do well from it.

I have loads of reds but also loads of players
They will hit the same m/c every day in very busy pubs and unless its more than £20 off they will play it out
Honestly i even no of one that keeps track in his mobile phone of what paid out what and when
This means that there is very little chance of anybody else getting anything from them
They will force them in the morning and return in the evening to see where they are at and if near enough full they just force them
And yes they do get stung from time to time
But as they are hitting so many so often they end up in profit so they are not bothered
They would rather lose a few quid than let someone else get to it later on
The only plus point is this particular crowd are barred from many places
So i manage to do quite well here
I know that they have been stung for £150 in a LAB before the top which gave £50 because it has been forced so many times
Also heard of £140 in a Pay Cheque for £50 back
Back to the main point i have played 6 reds over the last 2 days 5 of them did £25 top followed by £25 about £15-£20 later
The other a LAB i managed £88 back for £25 in
They seem to do loads of £25's just recently round here

I agree too...
About 4 months ago was the first time a red gaming machine was stuck in a bookies here, hence no one knew how to play it and it was proving very profitable after all the mazooma/bellfruit stuff.
But gradually more and more people realise they'll get a better return off brute forcing it.
Bit like the Bully for you series, the machines being forced constantly from dead just kills the streak potential.
Found a Hot stuff in a small arcade last week, was a very welcome break to the evil VIU's you find nowadays

Yup, it just rolls in the fruits as they were positioned when you gambled to the top. If it rolls in red sevens, it's purely because you were on the red seven win before you gambled to the top.also been noticing all the times iv had jp off the top it just spins in randomless fruits on the winline only ever once seen it show red sevens on lab any one else seen this
I think they could've been a bit more inventive, even if red 7's aren't JP, it could still roll them in and do a bit of a song and dance about it! LOL

good point mr red about places people are barred from... the megabowl in York seemed flying, when interestingly enough the pub down the road was stone burnt - Indeed the rest of the town was burnt, I can only invisage people are barred from that megabowl, as they do have a doable extreme in there, so I could see why you would be barred.
Matt I live in Kent also but find it pretty shit, tonbridge/t.wells are crap, maidstone okish, ashford okish, canterbury + coastal towns crappy too... fail to see where your making money here unless you mean in villages/other towns I havent mentioned here? Usually have to venture upto London....
