£40 Deal or No Deal

Post by quizard »

I saw my first £40 Deal yesterday on the Gamesnet along with the £20 version as a separate game. Bad news for Millionaire fans is it seems to have been included at the expense of Millionaire.

I've seen one or two Gamesnets without Millionaire so it really is looking like the end is near for any serious players. I also popped into three of the London Walkabouts at the weekend to find they have replaced a Gamesnet with a flat screen cabinet (a Paragon?) with just about the worst selection of games I've ever seen. Oh, and out of three machines one was switched off and one refused to accept coins. A genius decision by whoever is in charge of such matters at Regent Inns - you may as well just remove the machines completely ...
