premier league of darts
I asked this before but don't think I got a response.
Does anybody know how much the game needs to take to get it out of £2 jackpot mode? I'm referring to the original prog ones.
I remember getting an early £20 on one when they first came out. This put it in 'dead' mode. Many months later it's still in this mode!!
I'm sure this is one of the first games the group of lads on the piss would play? Even if they don't stick with it because of the top prize surely many a pound has gone in from many a different person since I potted it.

I am led to believe that there is someone knocking £2 wins out of this at will. If you believe what you hear, and I do on this occasion as I have seen several with the latest version on £2, then he does it "for practice"PMK wrote:Blimey!!
Surely noboddy has potted the £2?
Impressive skills if they have? Damn near impossible I would say.
Oh, I'm so scared.

tell me would u choke on your drink when double prizes give you a top prize of nothinggrecian wrote:This doesn't sound like my kind of game, and any game which might mean punters are blocking a machine for four pints leaves me a bit nervous! I was in a pub with Jelle Klaasen and a few of the Dutch lads and they played this game. In the first round they played John Part but in the second round they had Klaasen. It must have been weird to see themselves on the screen and maybe for other people who cared to watch and didn't recognise that the people playing this quizzer are pro darts players :P

Re: reading
Terry or andy? I'm well into my darts at the moment; all pub games are good games but there is something primaeval about chucking small spears around. The prettiest barmaid always wants to sit on the knee of the most thuggish and smelly caveman. And luckily that tends to be me. Hubba hubba, down boy, etc. Etc. Etc.
nobody ever wins on those things.
