Psn card

Post by 2 down for the melons »

Bought a 20 quid, psn voucher last nite, u know the one u scratch off to reveal a 12 digit code.. anyway, scratched it off, and then put the codes in, but kept getting wrong code, or these numbers have been used...

To be honest, it's quite hard to make out some of the digits, like the 8..looks like a B, X looks like K...anyway tried a few permuatations, and now getting an error..just took it back to game, and they give me the sony helpline to ring!! :x

Anyone know, if u have to wait a while, to try numbers again?? Got a funny feeling, we've been locked out, for 24 hrs, for too many attempts!!

:x :roll: :x :roll:

Cheers!!

Gulp!! at the 40p a minute, i was on the phone to sony for like 15 mins, was from a landline tho, so i think that's 10p?

They didn't know what the error codes were, so i googled it, and it was locked out for 24hrs...

Told sony the numbers on the card, they said the numbers didn't exist!, so i took it back to game, the manager said we've had a email from head office about the letters on the psn cards..
He showed me the letter, it says that X = K :: K = X :: O = Q :: Q =O
I told him sony had tried those permutations, and it does'nt exist!!

Took about 20 mins, and he swapped it for a new one!!, tried it again this morning, and it worked 1st time..luckily there was only 1 funny x in it..

:D

For future enquiries, there is a website summat along the lines of saynoto0870.com or co.uk which gives you an 01 number.

http://www.dhgate.com/wholesale/psn.html

buy accounts here

usually get banned after a day but at £4 for $150 you cant moan (game DLC dont work & some games refuse to work when the accs banned but hey its cheaper than buying em off UK psn for proper price ;) )
