MAYGAY Italian Job (Not paying any money!!)

Hi i have just bought a maygay italian job fruit machine. When it first arrived it was ok, but then a couple of hours later it wouldnt start up properly, so i was just fiddling with it and its now fine. The problem now is that if i win something and i press collect it just makes a funny noise and returns the bank to zero. On the hopper there is a red and a green button, the green doesnt seem to do anything (it says hopper refill and the red test button makes the same noise as when i collect. Also in the bottom on the machine there is a big green button next to the 2 money boxes which doesnt seem to do anything (hopper dump). I managed to get it into test mode yesterday (i dont know how would be appreciated if someone could tell me how to get it into test mode) and i tested the coin out and the coins came out fine. Also the refill key worked yesterday and it doesnt now, on the main pcu there are a load of dip switches but i cant find anywhere what they all do! This is really bugging me now, if anyone has any advice it would be appreciated

also it says the doors are open when i start the machine up, there are 2 pink wires out, but it worked fine at first??? im confused

right i sorted it!! finally!!! it was the black box nxt to the pcu where all the orange cables go in wasnt in the right place!! the reason i couldnt do anything was because it thought all the doors were open but it was just that connection. I have also worked out how to put it in test mode, you press the button on the pcu and the red test button on the hopper at the same time.

Looks like you sorted it at last. Sounds like it was the black box next to the PSU or CPU or C3PO where all the orange cables go in, wasn't in the right place. The reason you couldn't do anything was because it thought all the doors were open, but it was just that connection that needed to be made. Seems like you have also worked out how to put it in test mode, you press the button on the PSU or CPU/main board, not quite sure which and the red test button on the hopper at the same time.
