got to get on ebay and buy a balaclava

Post by trayhop123 »

just rambling and ranting again ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, dont bother reading if bored easily

whilst out today around brum , all of a sudden my gearbox started to struggle to get in and out of gear , at one point at traffic lights , i had to rev the engine and pull off in 3rd ,,,,,,,,, the engine didn't like that and started to smell ,,,,,,,,,,, so i conceded and rang the rac , it was 4.50 when i rang , and for reasons i cant fathom they reached me at 8.15 ,,,,, so much for the print about average reach time being 40mins then ,,,,,,, anyway twas near aston uni , so during my wait managed to find a chippy and a cpl of pubs , including a rock/goth place with two 25's , a king kerching and some voodoo shit. bought a coke and didn't bother ,,,,,,,,,,,, anyhow the rac man turned up , and towed me to a garage ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, now i didn't know the rac did courtesy cars , but im glad they do , sat n sun are the two busiest days in the slotting game, would have had to pay a m8 to take me round otherwise ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

now for the balaclava ,,,,,,,,,,,,, the bastards have given me a skoda fabia ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

A FUCKING SKODA

if that wasn't bad enough , its green ,,,,,,,,, not an olive green , not a dark hulk green even , not an apple green ,,,,,,,,,,,,, no this green is something special ,,,,,,,,, the only way to describe it would be a ,,,,,,, FUCKING PUKE'Y/SNOT GREEN

but cant complain toooo much , least it will get me on my routes

so if over the next cpl of days any of you see a man in a balaclava driving a bogie ,,,,,,, dont worry its not a terrorist .

see told you it was boring rambling .

anyhow question ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, my car is within the 3 year warranty , so is the clutch/gearbox covered ? and question 2 , because the rac have taken the car to their contracted garage and not direct to peugeot for the repairs ,,,,,,,,,, what will happen ? am i fucked?

Ah that other one, can't remember the name. CF was playable, square grid, clone of Reel Good Time.

Don't know the answers to your warranty issues, sorry.

Clutch may me covered but some companies may or may not class clutch damage as wear and tear, but a gearbox should be covered, no box should break in under 3 years, plus you mentioned that the stink, which im guessing was the clutch burning out and slipping, only happened because you were jammed in 3rd gear, so you could argue that the gearbox developing a fault caused the clutch to go.
