Barcrest Adams Family £25 jackpot - Help please

Hi all new to this forum hope you can help me.

When i turn on my Adams Family machine and i press the start button it automaticly goes to £12.50 in free credits then when these are used it goes back to £12.50 in free credits

Anyone know if i have hit a sensor some where inside by mistake or what is wrong with it?

Sounds like the bottom door is open and its in free play.

My 'Revolution' machine gives £12.50 when either doors are open for testing etc
