Come on you spurs! What a save from Gomes, does anyone actually want to win the league?!

The scummy fuckers threw away a 12 point lead when Arsenal won the Prem and the wheels are starting to look very loose again!!

Its a shame I can't stand the spanish fat waiter who's in charge of us and I genuinely hope we never win the league with him in charge.....but I guess it would be the lesser of two evils.

You cant be a real fan! What tool would say that? Fans like you need to stay away from Anfield (which you probably do anyway). Bet you still enjoyed 2005 and even last weekend. Rafa is a ledge.

Come on Roy Hodgson! If we kick on its ours!

Call me what you want, I couldn't give a flying fuck. What you can't call me is blinkered - something the vast majority of Liverpool fans are these days. I ain't gonna go into reasons why I dislike Benitez coz I'd be here all night tippy tapping away.

Lets just say I'd be very surprised if we win the title under your so called '(window?) ledge'....he's more interested in the Champions League and personally I'd swap winning the CL for the next 10 years, just to be Premier League winners once.

Obviously the CL and FA Cup suffices for you.....easily pleased then aren't you Barney.

i was at the game. rooney's red was a bit iffy but serves him right for being a hothead. scholes had to go but i'm sure ferguson will moan about it anyway. as for that loathsome ronaldo, his cheating is disgusting and he has tantrums like a spoiled girl. one free kick he took hit the wall and the miserable ucker stamped his foot and claimed for a handball. a nasty, nasty piece of work.
nobody ever wins on those things.

As a lifelong Liverpool fan i'd be delighted to see us win the prem, its been a long wait. Personally I have faith in Benitez, but know many fans who don't. As a typical fan I hate Man U with a passion, and Ronaldo in particular makes me sick, the fucking nauseating cheating play acting pretty boy.

I do know of several so called fans who actually wanted them to beat Chelsea in the CL final..... No true fan would have wanted that, although I do have a strong aversion to Fat Frank Lumpalard.

disappointed to see us lose today, it sounded like we had a lot of chances to equilise.. Big plus was that Chelsea were also defeated, a real relief indeed!

gomez is easily the best shot stopper in the premiership, and when he settles down he'll be the best keeper in the next 2 years, why do you think he's keeping cudicini out.

and for fucks sake please no one say van der sars the best keeper in the league.

Fantastic wasn't it :D

I got a good view of the Ronaldo free-kick and it quite clearly hit his own team-mate, Darren Fletcher, squarely on the thigh. Which clearly in Ronaldo's book equals a free-kick to Man Utd.

I expect you got a good view of Zoltan's acrobatics, Isty - from my angle it took an eternity for the ball to hit the net and the celebrations to begin.

The Mail on Sunday summed up Rooney's dismissal very nicely: noting that his tantrum when leaving the pitch was met with a cocophony of boos and laughter, mainly laughter.

And laugh I did!

Gera. i like him because i like every Hungarian but his celebratory acrobatics are second only to robbie keane's forward roll for crappiness.

but 2-0 against the most arrogant team is good. forecast for 2good 2bad: the winning music coming on before the final whistle?
nobody ever wins on those things.
