Someone should combine the two games and make String 'Em Up.

Is SEU the one that looks like Word-up but you can't go diagonally?

If so, it's utter balls.

Yes. I wouldn't complain about £1 a go. Most stuff coming out now is £1 a go. Probably because there are half as many people in the pubs.

Hi

Well we have just had our second busiest weekend of the year!

I did not expect that at all............but I have noticed machine income has dropped off.

Not just The quizzer but the fruit machines as well - we currently have a Pink Panther Crack The Code and a Deal Or No Deal but they are both not performing well at all.

Hmmmmmmm

Thats a difficult one to answer as the income fluctuates so much.........

But taking a guess - approx 300 ish...................but this week more like 200.

Some Friday tea times (which are really busy) the machine is occupied from 4pm till close - which is approx 1am.

Not that I've paid particular attention to it, but I find that there does seem to be an inverse realtionship between the number of people in a pub and the amount of plays a SWP gets.

Lunchtime at my work's local, it's very difficult to get on the machine, but there's only a handful of people in the pub, at most. Come 6-7 o'clock when it's chock-full, it generally doesn't get played. Perhaps it's down to the more 'social' aspect of evenings, or the fact that sometimes it's actually quite difficult to concentrate on a puzzle / quiz when people keep jarring your elbows, spilling pints over your back, etc...?

Hi

Well just got my Update Disc - had a quick go on Are You Smarter and got to the £1 winning mark on my first go - more luck than intelligence - and had a quick go on Open The Box - only got 3 keys and won no cash.

At least its put all the new games on the front screen so hopefully they will get played.

Will keep an eye on the games for the next week or 2 - the next top10 should be interesting.

Sorry to stray a bit, but what's the gameplay like for Open The Box?

Its a question and answer set up - the more questions you get correct the more keys you have in the endgame to open boxes to try and reveal cash prizes.

The downside to this one is its a £1 a go.............and so is the Legend Of Darts skill game thats been added to the machine - there are no questions to this one its a straight forward game of darts against computer opponents.

Every Loser Wins 2 - had a quick go on that this morning - its harder than you imagine getting answers wrong!

Italian Job - this is a bit mad - just say whether a certain number appears in a grid full of numbers displayed below............as time counts down - not too sure about this at the minute.

Are you smarter than a 10 Year Old seems really good and got played a lot last night.
