A new entry into the Top 10 this week. It's a little too early to be definite but it may even be heading for the number 1 spot. I got my first really good luck at In It To Win It last night - it now appears on some of the Gamesnets - and all I can say is AAARRRGGGHHH!
If you thought spoilers were bad news when there are three options, try them when you have five options and getting one wrong means instant Game Over (if you are in the 'red zone'). You may think you know Pop Music but can you say which of five well known albums sold least in the US and will you be happy to get asked that only three or four questions in? Or for A-Z what about being asked which of five words occurs least often in conversational French?
This is one of those mystifying games that clearly has not been looked at by anyone after the software has been tested - it works technically but will be of no interest whatsoever to their target market as it is hugely too difficult for Joe Public. The fact that it is also of no interest to the much smaller group of players who read this forum will be of no concern to them of course
but it does at least earn whoever put this drivel together a place in the Hall of Shame.

After another good look at the weekend (the last time I'll waste any time or money on it) I'd now say confidently that this one is easily amongst the worst games ever. It must have cost a reasonable amount to develop and to license but it really is spectacularly misjudged - far too difficult to be of interest to anyone.Nil Satis wrote:A new entry into the Top 10 this week. However the same Gamesnet supplied another contender - a new game called The Time Machine. Again I'll need a few more looks to be sure but early indications are it's another solid gold dud. You need to get a minimum of 8 questions to qualify for a end game where it seems you then need to answer 5 tricky questions out of 5 for a massive £1 - the minimum of 8 being based on your ability to play a Skill Stop game similar to that used on the most recent Trivial Pursuit version, with any misses mean the number of questions increases.
With all this new dross and a front screen which headlines The Italian Job amongst other 'delights' Gamesnets are now getting perilously close to the old Paragons.
