Note Error 0

Hi there guys,

I have a global/maygay club machine, it boots up fine but then it comes up "Note Error 0" this lasts for 30 secs then every things fine and playable.

All the DLLs have been put back to there original settings I think?, and notey and serial loom fully removed doe's anyone know what the DLLs settings are so that I know its not them.
