Club crazy fruits help needed

After taking this machine out of storage it no longer turns on is there anything i can do to do some simple fault finding??????
However there is power to board as there is the four power leds and a constantly flashing red one.
ive tried resetting the switch but still its flashing constant.
can anyone suggest anything to try????
