MPU5 Settings? Help!

I've been messing about with my settings and now my fruity says "invalid key"
Can anyone tell me what it should be set on?

do yourself a favour and buy some proper stake and prize keys (ebay)
multistake keys are notoriously poo especially if ur m/c is a RED.
