Viva Espana.. how do you turn it on??

I can't think where else to ask this but we are out of options!

We just sold a Viva Espana machine for the brother in law who is on holiday. The guy got it home but can't get it to come on. You can hear there is power going to it and I have had it on before but can't remember if there is a power switch?

Can anyone help? We really don't want this to come back which it will tomorrow if we can't sort it out!!
