megazone, played this last year it let u gamble on the cash wins now i have came across 1 that just enters u into the feature , whats the deal way that?
max power... thot this machine was on some test or something last year i heard it failed. but i seen it on my usual tour of drinkin pubs about here, machien any good or is there anythin on it

Max Power did fail, i think it was one of the first new cab machines along with Yabba Dabba Darts.

Did CB and FC fail too? Only seen one of the former and 3 of the later.

well if the rumours stand and there was an mtr then i reckon so.
what actually happens when they fail do they just re write the program and re-release it?
surely its and awful waste of development and production cost if they dont?

Sorry, i am stupid when it comes to prefixes what does CB and FC.
I guess they just re-use the test cabs and parts inside and dump the roms. It is not so much of a waste, as everyone knows manus clone machines, it gives them an idea of what newer players like.
Afterall the machine was only tested in 100 pubs around the UK, they have to cover the cost of a failed test machine.

With Mega Zone, a fruit win on the reels (ie three cherries = 50p), takes you to Turbo Gamble, when you successfully get to £1 the exchange becomes active for the feature. You can also get on the feature by getting three numbered fruits on the winline.

I think you'll find that FC has been released fully and has not been taken in. CB however, there was an mtr for this, they were released but have been taken in now. Did have three around here but they have all gone now. I guess in a couple of months there will be a boom in them but they will be chipped and with a new programme.
Just like whats happening with the extremes!

not all of them have been taken in, i still have one, well i did a week ago when i last went in. must see if its still there.
has for an mtr i know nothing so i,m not bothered if it goes anyway

y does the megazone near me not let u gamble on the cash wins i.e. used to be a turbo win style gamble on this, now it just bypasses the gamble on fruit wins and enters u in the feature
