LOL! Never had that sort of trouble! Yeah, probably bumped into a few of you local lads now and then. Gravesend is my main route now - but every now and then I'll venture Dartford / Bexley / Bexleyheath / Greenhithe etc. to see what's around.

"And do you ever contradict yourself, Minister?" "Well, yes and no..."
weve probably seen eachother about lol.
i go to those area's aswell but not as much for the last few months as shite machines about.
have they still got the unchipped extreme and top gears in the shoppers amusements in gravesend ?

Not to completely hijack the thread, but...
Nah, there's only 2 'The Players' in there now, and that's all I'd touch apart from the occaisional quid or two in the £500s.
The other arcade up the top of the town has some oldies in there that are worth a play now and then (I was barred from there back in the late 90's, for 'putting other customers off by winning all the time'. :lol
Back in there now though... The only thing in there worth playing seriously though is the Jackpot Jewels, which I £140'd t'other Friday!
Let me know if you're ever planning on coming down - go for a few beers or something... Heh-heh!

No, replaced with 'Players'. No Hi Tecs at all in their now. Monopolys are shite now and they've changed the stake on the OXO's. The place is filled mainly with 10p granny machines and a few £500's.silent g wrote:weve probably seen eachother about lol.

The other arcade next to the old Gala's has a few decent machines. Their's a 10p £8 Bar X which actually pays £15JP which is good for £30. Also a DOND standalone which has a good streak in it. And a Jackpot Jewels that can do £140+.

What's the WS query all about? I can assure you that it 'Good-One'd' up to £10 before I 'Bad-One'd' out. Admittedly, the next three I tried 'jumped' at £2. I 'rarely' play Dials to be honest, as I'm pretty sure that all the ones I find are well on top of...

Yes mate - I wasn't at first, that's why I tried it two more times, but each time it defo jumped.
I was never sure - was the chip that did for this 'always' blocked at £2 or so? I guess once you knew it was chipped you wouldn't bother taking it so you probably wouldn't know - but I wondered if the board had good value it wasn't 'as tightly' blocked?!
Forgive my ignorance...

Yes Matt your right, when there's value in it doesn't block at £2 but goes straight back to the £2 block afterwards. I remember ages ago finding a dial and thinking i'd got a p1 after a £6 stopper but it quickly went back to blocking at £2
