a flicker
a flicker
ok so i hardly play fruitmachines in arcades or pubs anymore, its seriously got to the point where if i want a gamble i have a £20 in a fobt and press autoplay/superspin till the credits gone. but ive been in a local and found a bootilicious,
im aware of the flicker, and have played this machine TWO times, both times its given the mega box quite easily..
how long does it take to recover? is it just a case of waiting a day or two, or does doing this 'trick' fuck the machine up for weeks?
also, is there ever any afterplay? ive walked both times as the streak stops, ive been happy with the profit from each time and didnt want to spend to find out.
ive played the dracula themed one when the skill-feature was a worker, and saw this flicker a couple of times, then i read the word flicker on here when someone posted and was a bit "aha... that must mean something".... do we know if this was a deliberate built in thing?
is the mega ever in the box without a flicker?

You can occasionally get a good board after but most times it's capped at £4.
It doesn't Fuck the machine up for weeks either. Just something that comes round every x amount of credits. Hence why they often go in naturally before offering the QUIGGLE, yes it's called a QUIGGLE!!
Sometimes u get one early but 9 times out of 10 it's £60-£90 in to see it. Often when it QUIGGLES, it's just a naturally 'in' board anyway, if u play the board out rather than taking the game it will often land on phones for an IM or give a hold 1 for invincible bonus. This of course normally happens when ur more than £70 in!!!

Had flicker on Take It Or Leave It a couple of times in the past and it didn't open up phones. Next 3 or 4 boards opened up phones but it wasn't a flicker. When it did flicker with phones open, the mega went over 70. Same profit roughly that I would have had from the first flicker if it went for 70.
My best was on Count Yer Cash in Thrasher in Ipswich. £1 in for Mega Streak 70.
