Oh yes, bringing back memories now!!! Flowers for u pet!!!
i liked all those old crest 6 pound jackpots ........especialy on flat bats.
they were o.k for turning tokens into cash also and were more about milking than forcing.
jewel in the crown and jolly gems were infuriating ,often they used to lose first press on the board :x surely they were o.k when giving nudge gambles though? personally i had a few of those that were good earners (usually)did anyone used to reverse the 9 and 4 on them all the time?
Yes i remember reversing the 4 and 9, i also remember doing something on up up and away/cash attack, was it press the higher and lower button a split second apart? It would win the wrong way against the number? If that makes sense?

I was quite a fan of Jewel in the crown, 2 knockouts quite reguarly gave JP repeater. There was the pick a win trick and 5 nudges or above usually gave JP or red 7's at worst.
Agreed you could hardly play the board though, you just had to hope for a good exchange in.

Hi lo Lottery. Hit 1 or a 2 for 60p or a pound, and the machine would take pity on you for your perceived lack of skill, and give you another shot. Repeat process. Empty. Was fucking annoying when you missed it half way through, because it would block the feature forever and a day.
