I believe you can't sell a fruit machine on eBay without the correct gambling licence?

How can I go about selling my DOND Crazy Chair?

I believe either its okay to sell as long as paperwork is transfered between seller and buyer? Or disconecting the coin hopper and a door switch so it can be played on free play?
