coin dropping

hello all am new to the fruit machine world so please be patient with me lol
have just taken delivery of a deal or no deal dream factory machine but am having trouble with the coins dropping through when putting into the slot to play or refill
this is very hit or miss and was just wondering if there is a simple fix
hope one of you can help me

clean the coin mech, if that doesn't help relpace it...
