Hi guys im a new member to this forum, new to owning my own machine :) .

I have some teething issues and no knowledge to fixing it.

Deal or no Deal machine, Scorpion 4 Board.

Issue:

Four green lights on board. One red Light above Re-set button.
No other lights apart from one red LED on left hand reel. Small green LED on reels one on each of the two on door when raised and one on the coin machine on the right.

Re-set button dosnt do anything when pressed nor does the green button next to it. When machine is powered up and lid closed there is nothing.

This was given to me because it worked for my friend until he moved it from his front room to his garage and now nothing.

Any help would be great.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry it's taken me a while to get back been abroad.

Between a dodgy red reset key, the game card and the led display screen been broken I have now got it working.

New issue- my two year old emptied the machine with £82 to payout (which it didn't have in it). I can't find a way to wipe it and start from scratch nor do I have the coins to fill it up for it to wipe. All I want to do is be able to put money in to ballance and play for fun.

Any help would be good. Apologies if I don't reply straight away I work away a lot.

Regards
W

power up machine with doors closed and let it try to pay out

turn refil key and put 10- 20 coins in

turn refil key back and let the machine pay out what is in the hopper.

repeat process until bank is cleared.

there is also a dil switch setting that will clear bank on reset.

or you could clear the NVR by accessing the hidden engineers menu or shorting out the battery..

refil key method is best if you're unfamilier with machines..

How do I do the engineers option? And if you know the dil switch I need to change and location if it isn't the one on the main board that would be great. Being an electrician apprentice and only just getting it up and running I would prefer not to short anything out at this stage.

Placing money in is the only method I could think of.

Thanks for the help.
