Replacing bulbs on a Bell Fruit Snakes and ladders

Hello there,

We have a few bulbs out and would like to have them replaced, we are not very technical at all. Opening up the machine we have no idea what bulbs to buy for a start, and they look quite hard to remove. Not much wiggle room in the wires. Ideally we would love someone to do it for us, but that is proving quite hard to find.

I cannot locate a manual online either.

Any advice or tips? I have a picture of the inside of the machine but cannot find an attach button.
