Hey got a new machine my first one, might sound stupid but how do u open it up to change bulbs?

Did you get a manual and keys ?

Firstly, mark the position of the bulb you want to change by putting a small sticky label or something on the top of the glass (make it something easy that can come off again). You can have the machine on or off whilst you change the bulbs, but I prefer to switch it off, cus there is a lot of static inside the machine. Put the key in the bottom lock under the top door, turn it to the left and slide the bolt to the left, to open the door. Lift the door up, and then where you have marked the glass you should find the bulb encased in the white plastic underneath. Pull it gently out (don't break any wires or you will put all the surrounding bulbs out) and push the new bulb in, until it clicks gently. Repeat the steps for any other bulbs that are out. Shut the door down and lock it (make sure the bolt slides all the way across to the end of the lock otherwise the machine will still think the door is open and the alarm will sound). Switch machine on, if switched off, and voila, your bulbs will work again
