My in/out meters aren't working working, they stay at 0 all the time.
Same for the AWP but interestingly, Frenzys meters work

Ah well, while i'm here can anyone tell me how to change the percentage.

Yes, load the game and tick the back door, now go into config, and there's 3 drop down boxes in a row. Stake, Prize and %. Change as you want, un tick the back door, reset the machine (again, there's a reset button in config) and you're good to go
