2% chance of hitting on that river card.
If your winning more than you should though, you'll find the odds shorten.
I'd imagine if you were £3k+rake paid or so ahead of the actual %, you'd often find youself seeing that wrong nine 10% of the time on the river. if it was on maximum knobble mode.
You can beat the target% on Internet Poker but it's very hard to be skillful enough to crack it. I'm not sure if it gets any harder if you get to +£5k cleared, or even £10k, £20k whatever.
I think tbh when you're £3000 ahead and on £0.10/£0.20, you'll be playing on line poker at its hardest profile. If you can crack the game then, you can crack it full stop.
Remember a lot of poker networks share details, so you can run cold, but you can't hide the cold deck.

It's fixed, but it's not personal. It's just if you win, they turn up the doom switch to make it harder for you to win. You can still win with the doom switch cranked up a bit.
Some places like Full Tilt have a very powerful doom switch, so you need to be a very good player to win over there in the long run.

playing freeroll tourneys and finishing 132nd in a tourney that only pays £14 to the last player and ran for 4 hours... that works out at (urm let me get my calculator to work this out)..... £3.50 per hour (if you manage to get first place)
seriously whats the fucking point?
dont say entertainment, cause that isnt the point is it?

I thought the whole point of this section was to post your poker experiences Spyder? If I remember rightly this isn't your first cock-ish post, remember you wishing cancer/aids upon someone. If your not going to post contructively then why post?
Don't say entertainment cos that isn't the point is it?
