Wetherspoons are quite on top with any machines that aren't performing cash box wise. However, although it may be early days I haven't seen one single Indy or Hi Lo removed that's on £70.
They must have to refloat to the tune of at least £70 on a daily basis, hell sometimes you can get to one at 11am and it's already done but they do hold their percentage well I find. I think this is a fair earner for all concerned...by and large you can't blag one that's done a top, if you get ahead it's because it was due...I just remember how many disappeared quickly on £35 but now sc is gone and they are pretty much water tight then they seem to be staying.
Trouble is getting Joe Munter to play them enough to bring the top round quicker. Anybody had one removed ??

I have 3 spoons near me.
Between them, a total of 12 machines there's a total of 9 DONDs, 2 amazings and a Snake Rattle And Roll.
Haven't had any HILo/Indys in them to comment. :-(

I find it extremely rare to find a Red in a 'Spoons now. I know they had them removed a while ago due to fraudulent notage-based noodlings. The three spoons I frequent have (off the top of my head):
-Double DOND x2
-Family Guy x3
-Poker Face x2
-Let's Play Darts
-DOND Big Deal
-The Amazing x2
-DOND Break the Bank
The Amazing - I find this is worth testing for one board now on £70. If a Mega Hint is offered (as opposed to a normal hint) I'll play on a bit longer. Had quite a few 'Press Hold 1 for Invincible' and 'Maze Attraction will be more than £35(ish)'.
Had one the other morning that pumped the cashpot up to £21 from the first cashpot shot I landed on - IM next board. I'm not in any way saying they are worth going out your way for, not at all. But certainly worth a check after the better games have been played.*
*In reference to my 'spoons selection above, there barely are any better games! Ha-ha!

You won't have either I'm afraid. Look at the company.

Essex Leisure? I have spotted 2 Hi Lo's now. :-) Fun fun!
Ironically I'm starting a job with Essex Leisure in the near future. :-)

Trust they won't mind having a potential new recruit inform the board about your new employment?

It's just a job, surely. Not giving out any information/cheats/problems regarding the machines. I see no issues in telling people where I work/ will work.
